MDB_Compare

The task of this program is to compare the structures of the two MS Access databases. The result of it's work is the report saved as a text file.

The contents of the report depend on the user's settings, such as:

Compare indexes - do or do not compare indexes;
Required - do or do not compare 'required' parameter values of the two tables fields;
Default - do or do not compare 'default' parameter values of the two tables fields;
Output differencies - save information that concerns different fields and (or) indexes;
Output all - save all the information on the two tables structure.

This program can be used for the structure synchronization of the two different versions of the databases.

MDB_Repair

This software is meant to restore corrupted MS Access databases. After have been run, it attempts to extract all integral information. All the information that had escaped destruction, is stored inside a new database.

The software is to be used the following way:

Run "runner.exe" executable, and click the "Run" button. "MDB_Repair.exe" program will start.
From "MDB_Repair", open the database and click the "Repair" button.
First, the program attempts to ‘Compress’ the database. If this attempt ends successfully, the database is considered as a non-corrupted one.
Otherwise, all the database records are scanned.
If the program meets a corrupted record, it restarts in background mode.
After have completed the job, the program shows "Done" message, after which it is necessary to click "Stop" button from the "Runner" program.

Aquarius Database

Aquarius is a freeware business database with all the basic operational, accounting and inventory features you will need to run a small business. And since your database may need to have new features added as your business grows and evolves, provision has been made to allow Aquarius to have new custom features added to it.

Aquarius is intuitive to use at a basic level, but it has quite a few useful features which are easy to learn, and which can greatly increase its usefulness. Aquarius's Help menu contains help pages with detailed but easy-to-read instructions on how to use these features.
