Spread32 (last freeware version) is fully compatible with Microsoft Excel! It is essentially a mini-Excel with all of the basic features that you would expect in a competent spreadsheet program. Run macros, draw objects, generate charts, calculate functions and formulas, its all here. And it reads and writes xls, csv, text, and pxl formats.

Abykus

Abykus SE 1.32 (last freeware version) is a spreadsheet for Windows that allows objects (i.e. arrays, tables, matrixes, etc.) to be stored in individual cells, making it especially well suited for applications that require complex data types. A structured script language is also included.

List²

List² is a small program for creating lists or tables.
Features include:

Bear in mind, List² is not a spreadsheet, and it is most definitely not Excel®. It is intended for simple lists and tables -- nothing more.
